I have two wonderful grown children, Tiago and Samara, who still live in my home country. I moved to the US and married my wonderful husband, Stan Schochler, who is a Spanish teacher at Poteet High School in Mesquite. I graduated from Ieraar Basisonderwijs (Primary Education) based in Montessori education in the Netherlands as well as zorg en welzijn opleidingen (Pedagogical Work & Education) in the NetherlandsI taught in the Montessori method of education for many years before moving to the United States. I started at Fulton in 2022 where I have enjoied helping my students find their idependence through the structure and function of my teaching style. My class philosophy is independence; freedom within limits; and respect for a child's natural psychological, physical and social development. I look forward to helping your child grow!
